Planning Stage:  A meeting will be held at Noon, May 19, 2005, at the reunion site to continue the preparations Bob Sage and his Western New York team have begun.

Reunion Location:  The reunion will be held at Webb's Captain's Table Resort in Mayville, NY, on the beautiful shore of Chautauqua Lake.  You can see some of the facility by clicking on this link,  Webb's Captain's Table  The plan is to have people travel on Tuesday, September 12.  An ice-breaker social will be held in the evening.  Wednesday, September 13 will be filled with a bus field trip to selected area points of interest.  A Dinner with program will be held in the evening.  People can begin their return home on Thursday, September 14, or stay on for their own excursions, etc.

Registration:  A brochure will be forthcoming from this meeting that will give you the necessary details for completing your registration.  In the meantime, put this date on your calendar and begin your preparations for another reunion with those guys:  [Little multiple choice test.]
(a)  you enjoyed so much in college; or,
(b) heard about from the other years, and have enjoyed seeing at previous reunions; or,
(c) have never met, but knowing they are Pottermen, they must be great, and you can't wait to meet them!

Brochure Mailing:  The brochure was mailed on June 30, 2005.  The entire brochure is available to browse in 4 files:  Welcoming letter, with tear off registration form; Mailing panel, with general info about the reunion and containing a database printout form to complete and return; a detailed schedule of reunion events; and a map with directions.  The database printout was personalized on the version mailed to Pottermen, and is on the back side of the registration form.  If you use the version online to register, please be sure to include both sheets when you mail your registration to us.  If you have any trouble reading any of the files contact the webmaster.
