Planning:  The committee consists of members of the Albany Group*, but input is encouraged from anybody.

Format: will be much like the 75th Reunion except, arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday.

Reunion Location and Lodging:  The Best Western Sovereign Motel is on Western Avenue across the street from the Western Avenue entrance to the uptown UAlbany Campus.  You can get a preview of the facility at the link above. 

When you make a reservation identify yourself with the Potter Club Room Block.  Room rate will be $79 plus tax.

Brochure:  The brochure was mailed (07/16/11) to nearly 500 persons with necessary details for completing your registration.  Go to the link above to view the brochure contents. The brochure format is 8.5"x14" (legal) in size.

List of Attendees:  As registrations come in we will post a list updated daily, similar to the posting last year (see Archived News).  You can keep informed about who has registered.  This may help you decide to attend, or may help with your travel plans.  See the link above to take you to the list.

List of Regrets:  A list is shown in the link above of those members responding to our invitation letter, but not attending; and of those responding to the letter, but with regrets due to some circumstance that keeps them from attending.  If you can reach any of these people, please help keep them informed of Potter Club Alumni Association activities.
