Reunion Location:  SpringHill Suites, 480 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY 
Lodging will be at Spring Hill Suites for $109 per night for a room.

Local Committee:  Tom Singleton, `52 and George Wood, `54, the Local Committee.

Program Highlights:

    Ice breaker-   Wednesday late afternoon at the hotel Manager's Complimentary Reception. 
    Dinner Wednesday on your own.  A list of nearby restaurants will be provided in the Registration packet
    Boat Cruise on the Hudson-   Thursday.  A light buffet lunch will be catered aboard.
    Kykuit Tour-    Thursday afternoon following the boat tour.
    Philipsburg Manor -  An alternate tour with less walking.
    Dinner/Banquet -   Thursday evening, at Traveler's Rest Restaurant.  This award winning restaurant will provide a menu choice of 12 entrees in a spectacular setting.
    Optional Tours-   Friday morning.  A list of other venues and details will be provided with ample directions for those who wish to extend their visit in the area.

Brochure:  A brochure and schedule of events with directions to Tarrytown has been sent (July 23) and is posted on the Potter Alumni web site.  It was mailed to all Potter Alumni who have replied to recent mailings either to attend a reunion or to send regrets at not being able to attend.  This mailing went to about 386 Pottermen.  The brochure contains necessary details for completing your Reunion Registration and Hotel Reservation.  If you did not receive a brochure, contact us, or print out the pages available above.  Go to the links above for more details.

List of Attendees:  As registrations come in following the mailing we will post a list updated daily, similar to postings in previous  years.  You can keep informed about who has registered.  This may help you decide to attend, or may help with your travel plans.  See the link above to take you to the list.

List of Regrets:  A list is shown in the link above of those members responding to our invitation letter, but not attending; and of those responding to the letter, but with regrets due to some circumstance that keeps them from attending.  If you can reach any of these people, please help keep them informed of Potter Club Alumni Association activities.
