Planning:  Doug Davis, `69, has graciously agreed to function as local committee chair and has set up arrangements for us at Alumni House and at the motel.

Format:   Following up on reunion recommendations from the Albany Luncheon Group, Reunion 09 will be a one-overnighter reunion, with arrival on Thursday, departure on Friday.   We will have a series of optional field trips from which to choose for Friday morning, similar to the format at Cooperstown and Canandaigua.   However, since this is UAlbany Homecoming Weekend you may be interested in staying on for the Campus festivities beginning Friday evening and continuing through Sunday.  Homecoming Weekend now replaces Alumni Weekend for all Albany Alumni.

Reunion Location:  Alumni House on the UAlbany Campus will be our reunion venue.  All of our events will take place there, starting with Registration, Welcoming Reception, and concluding with a catered Dinner.  This will be an opportunity to see, first hand, the newly refurbished Potter Room and take pride in our accomplishments.

A block of rooms have been set aside for lodging at Best Western Sovereign, 1228 Western Avenue, Albany.  The room rate for these rooms is $89 per room, single or double.  You must reserve before October 1 to assure accommodations.  Please refer to the Potter Club Room Block in your request.

Brochure:  A brochure and schedule of events will be prepared by July and will be posted on the web site.  It will be mailed to all Potter Alumni who do not have access to email.  All Alumni with email access will be alerted to the information on the web site.  The brochure will contain necessary details for completing your reunion registration and hotel reservation.  Go to the links above for more details as they develop.

List of Attendees:  As registrations come in we will post a list updated daily, similar to postings in previous  years.  You can keep informed about who has registered.  This may help you decide to attend, or may help with your travel plans.  See the link above to take you to the list.

List of Regrets:  A list is shown in the link above of those members responding to our invitation letter, but not attending; and of those responding to the letter, but with regrets due to some circumstance that keeps them from attending.  If you can reach any of these people, please help keep them informed of Potter Club Alumni Association activities.
