Planning:  The committee consists of the Albany Group, but input is encouraged from anybody.

Format: will be much like the 2005 Reunion, with arrival on Wednesday, departure on Friday.
               (See the Schedule of Events.). 

Commemorative Gift:  Discussion has been held about a commemorative gift in conjunction with the 75th Anniversary.  As of the moment plans have not been finalized either regarding a gift or the amount of money we would need.  More information will be presented at the Reunion.

Reunion Location:  The Sovereign Best Western Motel is on Western Avenue across the street from the Western Avenue entrance to the uptown UAlbany Campus.  You can get a preview of the facility at the link: above.

Brochure:  A brochure was mailed March 15 with necessary details for completing your registration.  Go to the link above to view the brochure contents. 

List of Attendees:  As registrations come in we will post a list updated daily, similar to the posting last year (see Archived News).  You can keep informed about who has registered.  This may help you decide to attend, or may help with your travel plans.  See the link above to take you to the list.

List of Regrets:  A list is shown in the link above of those members responding to our invitation letter, but not attending; and of those responding to the letter, but with regrets due to some circumstance that keeps them from attending.  If you can reach any of these people, please help keep them informed of Potter Club Alumni Association activities.

Presidential Proclamation:  University at Albany Presdient, Kermit Hall issued a proclamation recognizing the 75th Anniversary of the founding of Potter Club.  You can read the proclamation by going to the link above.
